HOW TO GROW TALLER WITH HYPNOSIS ROUTINE
Note: The following hypnotic routine is based on success stories and tips from hypnosis experimenters . I hope it helps…
* Do some research:
If this is the first time you are doing meditation or hypnosis, you are advised to watch you tube videos or read books to prepare for this. Some examples will be included in this article.
* Step 1: Be optimistic, have a positive mental attitude then clear your mind:
You are advised not to have any doubts before and throughout the hypnotic session . If you have any doubts about the entire process it will greatly affect results. If you are pessimistic, then do not attempt this hypnotic routine because it will NOT work for you.
Find your self a quiet place with no disruption, sit or lie in a comfortable position, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths then attempt to clear your mind of any thoughts. Do this by immediately ignoring every thought that comes to your mind. Just let it go until you reach a point when you you are thinking of nothing.
To achieve that, you may count one to infinity as you focus on your breathing. Just go with the flow and the right moment will come.
The best time to self-hypnotize is when you’re most relaxed as it is easier to tap into the subconscious mind. Such times include late evening, before bedtime, or first thing early in the morning. The problem with before bed time however is you may end up sleeping especially if you’r e exhausted.
You may listen to any hypnotic, meditative, or relaxation CDs to avoid sleepiness, or distractions and negative thoughts. Some would prefer using a deep trance now CD.
It may take any where between 10 to 20 minutes to completely clear your mind depending on your thoughts.
Once your mind is clear, visualize and feel your ENTIRE body as pure energy (NOT as flesh or blood).
Imagine your entire body HOLLOW, empty and very light. Your body & legs are so empty and non-existent as if you’re not wearing any clothes or not even lying on a solid surface (bed) but instead suspending or floating as energy.
Remember that the universe and everything around you are made up of energy, and you’re also a part of it.
Once you have this image of emptiness, the next thing to do would be redirecting all the energy from all directions of the body towards your lower legs. Remember, do this with ease and relaxation. Do not force anything.
Note: For beginners, the entire Step 1 may take up to 30 minutes to successfully complete the first session. However, as you advance, it may be done within 15 minutes or so.
Always remember to maintain the feeling of energy and emptiness throughout this hypnotic session.
* STEP 2 – Imagine the legs lengthening:
After preparing your mind in Step 1, the next step is to try your best to imagine and feel your legs lengthening. Concentration is very key here.
When the moment is right, you might just feel the sensations of energy currents flowing and tickling. Remember, to always keep your body & legs motionless or in deep relaxation. “Act as if you are already tall and always believe that you will be.”
Imagine yourself standing with longer legs. How your morphology will be with longer legs. How you will be as tall or taller than your friends family members whose height you admire. Any thing you can imagine about yourself standing taller.
After 3 or 4 months of daily practice and patience, you will become an expert at this! You may miss a day or two because of unavoidable circumstances then continue with the routine until you make it.
* Step 3 – Realization: The the final step is realization. During this step, it’s believed that you’ll achieve permanent height gains and the potential may be unlimited in some cases.
For example, Zixia grew an inch every 3-4 months after she achieved Realization.
Step 3 may be accomplished by mastering Step 1 & 2.
Everyone is so different and therefore it’s difficult to determine when you’ll reach this stage – perhaps within 3 to 10 months. The key to success is to be consistent and believe.
Some who are lucky may reach this stage and see their 1/2 inch or 1 inch gain within 3-4 months. For others, it may take 6 to 9 months.
While others may never get to this stage at all due to energy blocks, inconsistency negative thoughts, lack of faith, impatience, lack of time and other obstacles.
Nothing works for everyone; thus, if hypnosis isn’t for you, it’s not the end of the world. There are alternatives such as the other leg lengthening methods.
* Bonus Tips: According to Stevey the 35 year old who grew 2.5 inches with hypnosis routine, “In addition to DeepTranceNow CD], I also made up my own tape which is only 10 mins long which was mostly visualization on my legs growing and stretching etc.. which I played back every day on the train to work.”
You may consider his advice to improve your success rate. Especially in the first 3 months, during which listening to any relaxing hypnotic or meditative CDs will help to brainwash your mind into thinking that the universe and you are ONE and everything around you are made up of energy.
It will help you to completely unlock all barriers and eliminate negative thoughts .
Remember, it is optional to listen to the CDs in your spare time; however, it is REQUIRED to self-hypnotize 30 to 45 minutes daily in your room with eyes closed once or twice daily.
