Why I Created the Exercise Routine Guide..
The blog grew out of a personal need to understand why my body was still responding to the right stimulus long after conventional wisdom said growth was over.
As the blog expanded, so did the questions from readers at different stages, facing different obstacles, making different mistakes.
Most of those mistakes were the same ones I made in my first year.
They cost me months of progress that didn’t need to be lost.
So I compiled everything.
Three years of daily execution, troubleshooting, and refinement , condensed into a structured, 300-page guide that covers both torso and leg lengthening in the order and detail the blog never could without becoming unnavigable.
The blog explains the why.
The handbook covers the how — day by day, exercise by exercise, mistake by mistake.
