I want you to feel confident before you buy.
Because the PDF can instantly be accessible and cannot be returned, refunds are handled delicately to control fraud.
However, I also know that things go wrong sometimes on the technical side, and I want to be fair about that.
Here’s exactly when I’ll issue a refund, and how to get one.
1. You never received the download link
Sometimes a confirmation email lands in spam, or your email provider blocks it. Before requesting a refund, check your spam folder and promotions tab.
If the email genuinely isn’t there, contact me within 7 days of purchase and I’ll resend it manually. If 7 days pass with no contact, I’ll assume delivery was successful.
2. The file won’t open or download
If you’re hitting a technical error — broken link, corrupted file, format that won’t open on your device — reach out within 7 days.
I’ll send a working file directly. If the replacement still doesn’t work, I’ll issue a full refund. Just don’t go silent and come back weeks later claiming it never worked.
3. The content isn’t what was described
If you genuinely feel the handbook doesn’t match what’s described on the sales page, contact me within 7 days of purchase with a specific reason.
I’ll look at every case honestly.
What I won’t refund: “I expected faster results” or “I changed my mind.”
The exercises take consistent effort over weeks — the page makes that clear.
4. The file has a defect or error
If you find a formatting error, missing pages, or something that looks wrong inside the PDF, let me know. I’ll fix and resend within 72 hours.
If for any reason I can’t fix it, you’ll get a full refund.
A few things to know:
All refund requests must come in within 7 days of your purchase date.
After that window, the sale is final — the same way any digital product works once it’s been accessed.
Refunds are processed back through the platform you bought from (Gumroad, Payhip, or Amazon).
Response time is usually within 24–48 hours on business days.
